The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Realization of Resolutions of Arbitration Tribunals)

The Law introduces amendments to the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Laws "On the State Executive Service", "On Executive Proceedings", and "On Arbitration Tribunals" that specify the authorities of an arbitration tribunal, define the procedure of filing the appeal against its resolutions and abolish compulsory realization of resolutions of arbitration tribunals.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 1399.
